I’m thinking maybe the new reality we’re seeing here isn’t just Clay’s wish but also Reed’s. All Clay wanted was to be with Reed so why would it create this reality where everyone is super horny? Shouldn’t it just be a reality where sexuality isn’t an issue anymore? Maybe since Reed wished that things between him and Clay weren’t so awkward it transformed reality so nobody felt any shame anymore. Would explain “Prude” Clay, after all this isn’t the reality he wished for.

First page states 'in another reality' so either it created a new reality that we saw in the other chapters, or like you said it warped their reality to that one; Either way I feel this reality we saw pre-wish probably still exists somewhat, and that would explain where "Prude" Clay came from (maybe the reason he was a part of Nude Clay was some 'reality clash shenanigans' maybe?)
