Arrival at the Olympus (Story)

Okay, it was supposed to be a couple of paragraphs, but for some reason I spent three hours writing a story for this illustration. Suddenly, inspiration boosted me, and here I present something I made with a lot of love for you. I really enjoyed working on this drawing and couldn't stop adding details and details. I hope you like it as much as I do!

STORY

11:00 pm, Port of Rodderlet, Denis jumps from the soft leather cushion to the hard concrete floor, turning back, the human addressed the being who had brought him to this place, Hish'wa the jackal from the university. The kind titan had offered to take him to the port entrance despite it being so late. The human was grateful for the help. Being a human in Rodderlet, where most of the inhabitants are titans nearly 100 meters tall, forces you to become a marathon athlete to travel hundreds of kilometers to get anywhere.
Hish'wa turned out to be a good friend. They both shared classes with the other guys, Wok'zi and Mbwa. Despite almost being swallowed by one of his friends at the first party where they met, the friendly jackal apologized later, and they soon began dating. The small but great group of friends showed him many interesting things and introduced him to his first experiences living in the capital of Rodderlet.
Although there weren't many people, Denis felt pressured when they told him to put all his belongings in a basket and then cross a high bridge, where two canine police officers were standing guard, a jackal and a huge hyena. Despite having lived his whole life surrounded by canines and being accustomed to their imposing presence, it was impossible not to feel small when passing by the enormous, burly bodies of the half-naked giants. He couldn't help but blush as he passed so close to their titanic bodies, both looming over the humans, watching them calmly and attentively. Although he found it amusing to see a woman next to her husband, both dressed in floral shirts and shorts, both of whom almost fainted when the huge hyena gave them a quick frown and emitted a soft puff. From their appearance, they were surely foreigners from what are known as “human countries.” The young man covered his mouth with the sleeve of his sweater to avoid laughing when, out of nowhere, he heard a:
“Ahem.”
A very deep one coming from high above.
When he turned around, he found himself facing the enormous jackal with its hands on its hips, leaning slightly forward, its massive, muscular body devouring his entire view, keeping him paralyzed in the middle of the bridge. Then it uttered a few words, its voice deep and commanding, bringing its snout closer to where Denis was standing. The human felt his body heat up from the hot, humid air coming from the enormous mouth of the police jackal. For a moment, the human's gaze shifted from the titan's eyes to his enormous mouth, opening slightly with each syllable that came from within. Steam came out like a locomotive or a geyser. He could imagine how it would feel to be there, but he already knew, from the times his mother or father had eaten him before in some game that ended in defeat, or when his younger brother Taylor would put him in his mouth to tease him, like the bully he always was.
Apparently, the officer realized that the human was local, so he addressed Denis in the local language, which apparently gave the titanic canine enough confidence to then offer to walk on his hand and lift him up to his enormous face. Despite the gentleness and kindness shown by the police officer, the human lost his balance when the hand rose like a catapult in front of the canine's face, who looked at him intently before conducting a closer inspection.
What followed was quick, but it made Denis's heart sink when the jackal's huge, wet nose came closer and began sniffing him, something that with other humans would have been an intrusion of personal space, although it's likely that no one could object when you're being held several meters above the ground by a buff jackal with the authority to arrest you.
Some people on the platform seemed to stare at the scene, but they continued on, letting the titan continue his test, sniffing the human intently. Apparently, the hyena noticed this and soon approached to check if everything was okay with the human being held by his partner. Denis couldn't feel more nervous as the seconds felt like hours in front of the jackal that sniffed him, trying to find something he didn't yet know what it was, then the other hyena came, two huge bodies made of pure muscle trained for years in the gym staring at him.
When the jackal finished, he motioned for the human to show him what was in his pockets. Denis, his hand trembling, took a few seconds to react, and reaching into his sweater, he pulled out a wrapper of dulce de leche and sugar. Denis blushed; he didn't even remember having it there before. His hand dropped it onto the soft pad of the canine's paw, who tilted his head slightly to one side with one eyebrow raised.
Then, behind the human, the hyena's loud laughter could be heard, his arms crossed expectantly throughout the scene. Although they weren't angry about it, they just laughed, and then the jackal kindly offered to carry him in his hands to the lobby.
Despite the wonder of the place, the human couldn't help but turn and look at the body of the titanic jackal carrying him, feeling its heavy, powerful steps vibrating his entire skeleton. The jackal noticed this and responded by smiling and winking, raising his chest slightly to deliberately highlight his enormous, muscular pectorals in front of the young man. He would have taken a photo, but he was embarrassed to ask such a thing of an authority figure.
Denis marveled at the complexity of the place. He had been to bigger places, like school, but never a port. Through a window, he could see the gargantuan ships and boats of the Rodderlet fleets, the endless sea on the horizon, and on the ground, there was a section where those vehicles were that Denis had seen so many times in the advertisements on the screens of establishments in the capital of Rodderlet: airplanes.
A machine created by humans to travel through the skies. Denis still did not understand how something so heavy could fly, let alone with people inside. The closest thing he had seen was those birds that children have fun making out of paper, cardboard, and colors. Denis would never forget when Taylor decided to put him on one and throw him into the garden—the result: Almost three weeks in bed taking pain medication.
Everything was captured by the lens of the camera hanging from his chest, a gift from his art teacher at university , who saw potential in his little hobby that is now his passion.
There were many people in the room, but only a few locals like him. The others dressed differently, communicated differently, had different skin, and different gestures. In general, everyone here was from other continents outside the storm barrier. Denis took a few photos of them without them noticing. For a moment, he felt like a fish out of water sitting in a seat in the middle of the room.
As time went by, he became more and more anxious about the idea, even regretting it a little, perhaps if it weren't for the fact that after a while, a woman asked him if he would also be on the flight. Denis could barely understand anything the woman was saying with her strong local accent, but at least her gestures helped. The woman seemed curious about Denis's background and was amazed when he told her he was a citizen of Rodderlet. He lost sight of her after they boarded.
Upon boarding, Denis stared intently at the place, recording several segments from his seat and the view outside through the small oval-shaped window. A few meters away was a den. The window barely allowed him to see beyond the bare feet of the dog, which he assumed was a giant guarding the planes. It was interesting to see the significant difference in size when a single foot of hers could crush the entire fuselage of one of the planes at her feet like a tin can.
Then the plane moved, and Denis tried to relax. The excitement of his first flight thrilled him as much as it terrified him. He moved slowly down the runway, and during the journey, he could glimpse some other planes, some landing and others arriving on the runways in the distance, which made Denis's wandering mind wonder where so many souls were coming from and where they were going, what purpose they had, and what they would do.
A video played on the screen behind the seat in front of him, featuring a female jackal welcoming passengers. The video explained the plane they were on and showed off the greatness of Rodderlet technology, some safety aspects, and so on. But Denis's eyes widened in the final segment, ending the safety demonstration given by a Wild Dog and a human. The image transitioned to show the queen of Rodderlet, El'fretur, posing in front of the camera, holding a model airplane in her hands while some humans stood two standing on her shoulders and one on her crown. With a flirtatious look, she smiled at the camera, thanking them for choosing to travel with her airline and wishing that the great deity would take them safely to their destination. Then the screen returned to its sleep mode, allowing Denis to turn back to look at the passage through the window.
Soon those thoughts would be interrupted when the pilot's voice announced takeoff over the intercom. What followed was fast and intense. Denis felt his body being pressed into his seat by a great force, the sound of the engines revving up, propelling the plane to race down the runway. The world seemed to accelerate, and in less than he expected, he felt his body sink as the plane ascended into the skies. He barely dared to look out the window and see how the world shrank, more than when an anthro lifted him in their hands. the port became a smudge of bright dots, the desert fields were shrouded in a black march with a few bright spots, some of them scattered along the coast, which he assumed were boats.
The landscape would be replaced by darkness; barely any spots could be seen on the horizon, and clouds surrounded the horizon by the thousands.
At some point, the plane stabilized and remained in a constant position. Denis sighed slowly, the effect of the first takeoff processing in his mind, entering a stable cycle.
Until, at a certain moment, the world shook—turbulence.
“Oh, it was a miracle. The storm almost killed us in the middle of the ocean before we got here.”
The memory of those words spoken by the woman at the port came to his mind. He didn't know if the comment should reassure him or terrify him even more at the possibility of that thing falling in mid-flight, but what else could he do? It wasn't as if there was anything he could do about it, so all that was left was to sit and keep watching.
While some decided to sleep or watch something on their screens, the curious Denis spent most of the time looking out the window, even though in the darkness of the early morning, all he could see was the fin with a light flashing every few seconds. For a moment, he tried to fall asleep, but his anxiety prevented him from doing so, although he may have fallen asleep on two or three occasions, at least for a few minutes.
Until the first ray of light appeared, Denis was excited when he could see something other than darkness through the window. The soft, cold blue of dawn began to illuminate the world in a very faint tone. There was a sea of clouds, thousands of them scattered randomly across the horizon, then came a peak, like a giant peeking out, an imposing snow-capped mountain surrounded by small clouds. Denis would document all of this, happy to have enough battery power to capture the moment on his small camera.
The pilot announced that they were beginning their descent into Riavandia. It was slow and almost imperceptible, but little by little they crossed through the clouds. The coast was bordered by a chain of rocky mountains, and far below were hundreds of small islands scattered with pine trees, other trees, and green vegetation. Far ahead, they could finally see land.
Denis could do nothing but enjoy the view, admiring the great contrast compared to the deserts and jungles of his homeland.
Slowly, the world returned to its true scale. The closer they got to land, the more the urban sprawl was revealed. The tiny trees became giants, then a city was revealed when they passed near a section of trees so tall that a single branch was larger than the entire fuselage. Then there were buildings that could be the size of entire cities. Denis imagined how small the plane would look from the outside as it passed through buildings with a particular old canine style.
It felt like being in another world, a very huge one. Soon he would see some of the local inhabitants: canines, dogs. The streets were coming to life in those early hours of the morning. The closer he got, the more he could see something resembling market stalls in the streets, people carrying things and walking from one place to another, and above all, a diversity of breeds. Whereas in Rodderlet you would usually only see jackals, hyenas, wild dogs, and xolos, here you could see a multitude of different breeds of all coat patterns and shapes.
The world seemed to grow larger as the plane approached the ground, passing through a long section of huge marble and stone columns adorned with traditional patterns and shapes, on the other side, several boats suspended in the harbor.
Surprisingly, the landing was smoother than Denis had expected. At some point, the movement slowed down, and the plane began to move through what appeared to be a long cobbled corridor, flanked by marble columns that stood as tall as the giants who had built them, until it finally came to a stop.
Minutes passed as the flight attendants began preparing for disembarkation. Denis wondered where they were supposed to disembark. From what little he could see, there was nothing like the port in Rodderlet, nor a base or gate, just a cobbled corridor. Suddenly, the ground vibrated slightly.
THUMP, THUMP, THUMP
The human knew that sound well, footsteps from a nearby cave, a constant sound that came with the natural vibration of the heavy footsteps of a giant canine, probably a Riavandia guard. Several of the passengers murmur among themselves, some get up trying to see more through the window, and one of them murmurs excitedly to his companion next to him.
When the flight attendant indicated that they could now get up and gather their belongings to exit, Denis held his camera, eager to capture the wonders that this land of giant canines had to offer.
The light coming through the door caused a bit of blindness. After so many hours in the dark, the morning light reflected off the metal like a scythe. Denis covered his face with his arm, then heard the woman in front of him gasp in surprise. When the boy finally saw the view, it couldn't have been more impressive.
Right in front of them stood a huge, looming canine with jet-black fur, a slender body, wide hips, and a little fat on her belly, a broad face adorned with a kind smile, and a calm and friendly look in her eyes, although there were also some wrinkles, a reflection of her maturity and status. She was dressed modestly, wearing a wine-red loincloth with the country's coat of arms. Her breasts were covered with shiny metal pieces, and on her face was a crown of golden leaves denoting her status as monarch of this country. She was enormous, possibly the largest canine he had ever seen, probably taller than the Queen of Rodderlet.
Ahead was a group of humans who had arrived by bus, all of them holding and waving small flags and signs. It appeared to be some kind of inaugural flight, one of the first flights to arrive in Riavandia by air.
Although perhaps nothing attracted the passengers' attention more than the imposing figure looming over them. She was so close that they were practically touching her bare feet. She bent down, crouching to get a better look at the passengers. Some of them cowered as if a hairy meteor were approaching. It was so close that Denis had to look away to see her face and avoid staring directly at the enormous breasts hanging over him like huge bags. The queen was truly proud of her body and was not ashamed to present herself in all her glory.
“Greetings, dear passengers, my name is Akila Wolmen, and I am the Queen of Riavandia. Welcome to my kingdom. We are delighted that you have come to visit us from so far away.”
Akila greeted them with a deep, feminine voice that quickly caught everyone's attention. Denis almost tripped as he climbed down the ladder, distracted by the imposing Great Dane, something she may have noticed and responded to with a slight laugh that was more friendly than mocking.
“Calm down, everyone. Don't let my presence distract you from getting there safely.”
Denis blushed at being the center of attention for those few seconds by the queen, and the young man hesitated to use his camera at that moment. He didn't know if it was appropriate in Riavandia to photograph such an imposing figure of authority as her, although, looking at some of the passengers, not all of them hesitated to take out their cell phones, some clearly focusing on certain parts of the queen's body.
A second later, a second dog arrived, a cocker spaniel, shorter than Akila but just as imposing. Her coat was a mixture of light and dark brown, and her ears were long and reddish. Unlike Akila, she wore something resembling a black one-piece jacket and pants. That outfit seemed to be held together by just a couple of buttons, although that did not prevent her bust from being accentuated even more, marking it. On her head, she wore a red hat, and her countenance and posture clearly denoted the authority of a state police officer.
“If you're done with the welcome, we can proceed with security and customs protocols.”
She said in a colder, more monotonous voice, addressing her queen, who replied.
“Oh, Dear, I believe you do not need to worry, Ellinor, I'm sure they're well-behaved people, aren't they, little one?”
There were several positive responses and signs of agreement to the statement. Ellinor did not object and remained in her position, inspecting the humans at her feet.
Denis trusted that pressing the shutter button on his camera without looking through the viewfinder would take some photos of both impressive canines.
The next few minutes were more about gathering the passengers for a photo session with the queen and the plane in the background. Some had brought flags, and Denis was impressed by the different nationalities of the people who had come. Maybe one day he would visit those countries too. Denis took the time to take a few for himself.
They were supposed to board one of the trucks that would take them to a station where they would go through a couple of customs checks, but before Denis could get on the bus, the queen spoke.
“Would any of you like me to take you to the station myself?”
“Your Majesty, are you sure? Without proper precautions, it could result in an accident,” Ellinor objected with concern in her voice.
“Dear, I think I have interacted with humans enough not to drop one when I carry them in my hands. What do you say, dear ones? Would anyone like a ride in my hands? I promise not to drop you.”
Akila flashed a toothy smile, lowering herself with her palms open in front of the humans, offering to take them with the queen.
Several hesitated and politely declined, including Denis. It wasn't that he was afraid of being in the hands of a canine; it was practically an everyday occurrence for him. but he had never been in the hands of such an admired figure as the Queen of the northern canines herself. At least he felt safe among the crowd, but soon he felt the Queen's gaze on him. That little incident on the stairs was enough for the memory of the titanic Great Dane to identify him among everyone else.
Denis felt a warmth run down his spine. There was no malice in those eyes. He didn't know what it was, but something about her made him trust her with his life, in her hands.
“oh my, well, what could happen?” thought Denis, and squeezing whatever was inside him, he plucked up the courage to take a step forward and offer himself up to the queen's enormous hands.
“Wonderful, come here, little one, I promise I won't let you fall.”
Akila waited patiently, and soon the human would be lifted many meters into the sky. Akila's hands were even bigger and softer than he had imagined. The giantess lifted him up until he was face to face with her violet eyes. Both orbs gazed at him intently. Denis tried to remain steady, bowing slightly without saying anything yet, feeling the powerful hot air of the titanic woman's breath.
“What is your name, my little human?”
She spoke, but not in the neutral language, but in the one that the young human spoke natively.
“Um... Denis, I... how do you know I speak a Ra'mek language... ma'am?”
“Mmmm, because I can smell the scent of desert bushes on you. I assumed you come from Rodderlet, don't you?”
Denis was a little taken aback by the accuracy of Akila's statement. How was it possible that she knew where he was from just by his scent?
“...That's right, I was just curious to see the kingdom that many talk about, where I come from.”
“Well... then I hope it meets your standards. I've heard some rather... interesting comments from your queen about my reign...”
Akila narrowed her eyes and stared intently at the little human, who felt a pang of pressure as he remembered some of the rumors of Queen El'fretur's hints and opinions to Akila.
“I'm just playing, little one,” Akila replied, smiling again playfully. “Relax, make yourself at home. I'm very happy to see humans from our neighbors.”
After that, the queen turned to the cocker spaniel, nodding her head to start moving. Akila lowered the human to the height of her belly. Denis saw the bus full of people pull ahead while they were still talking. Denis' nerves were still on edge, and he got a little excited when he felt something soft touching his head. Looking up, he saw the enormous, log-like fingers of the other hand gently caressing the back of the human's neck with precise softness, using the pads at the ends of her fingers. Above, her long, slightly sharp claws embraced almost half of his body. One false move and he could end up impaled on them, but soon he felt his body relax at the gentle touch of her fingers. Another thing that enhanced his state was the smell coming from the titan's body. Surrounded by her hands and behind him, the wall of her belly emitted a rich and soft scent of lavender.
“You are a very curious human. Would you like to donate a little of your travel time for perhaps a moment of dialogue?”
Denis felt a chill at the unexpected question. Looking up, he blushed a little when, as he tried to look at her face, both of the dog's enormous, heavy breasts created a frame behind them, framing Akila's smiling face.
“I... I don't know, I mean, are you serious? Your Majesty?”
“Actually, I was just messing with your mind again. You're so tense, and I just want you to feel at home in my kingdom... but now that you mention it, maybe I would be interested in a little chat in a more... private setting, although you're free to say no if you have plans. Keep in mind, though, that I don't make this offer to all humans who arrive at the port...”
Akila said, lowering her voice to a whisper for the human, as she continued to caress him, this time moving her fingertips down to massage the boy's shoulders and sides. Denis couldn't help but feel relaxed at the queen's gentle touch, letting her play with him, feeling every part of his upper body.
“I... well, I didn't have a set plan, maybe I won't mind accepting a meeting with you...”
“Mm, I accept your request. I would very much like to know more about how humans like you live in Rodderlet, and I think that then you won't need to go to the station. I'll take you with me to the palace!”
Denis swallowed, but before he could say anything, Ellinor intervened.
“My lady, aren't you going to let the human go through security first?”
“Oh dear, I think I can handle it myself from here, and I trust he will be a good boy, right Mr. Denis?”
Denis looked at both canine faces, one kind and the other cold with a frown, but again, he did not question further.
“As you command, my lady.”
She said softly, bowing slightly, then diverting her path to where the human bus was headed, guarded by two other canine guardians, leaving Denis at the mercy of the queen, who held his life in her hands.
“Was it a long flight? You look a little tired, or perhaps observing my beauty has drained your energy,” said Akila with a mischievous smile.
It was true, Denis had not slept for almost an entire day, barely dozing off on the plane, only the intensity of the situation keeping him awake until that moment.
“I think if you'll allow me, I could take a break at a hotel before the interview, Your Majesty.”
“Hotel? Do you mean a guesthouse? Oh no, my little one, you will stay with me. In the palace, we have accommodations that other humans use to rest, although you can also stay with me. I wouldn't mind if you slept on my hand.”
“Uh, what? Now?”
“Indeed, what's stopping you?”
“Umm, being alert to what's going on?”
“Aww, relax, I'm not going to eat you while you sleep, you know, because of what happened earlier.”
“...What?” replied Denis softly, a little nervous and blushing at the prospect.
“Oh?, Perhaps I didn't pronounce it right. I meant eating you as in swallowing you whole, not the other way, you naughty boy.”
Akila did toothy smile with a teasing frown, making Denis blush even more. He tried to hide it by covering his cheeks with his lucky sleeves while watching the Great Dane enjoy the situation. Even though the boy understood clearly the first time, he hadn't expected her to make a double entendre suggestion.
“Even if you wanted to, I'd prefer you to be more awake and energetic.”
“You're not serious, are you?”
Akila lifted him back up to her face, which was now staring intently at him. The human saw his face reflected in the bright irises of the royal canine, which analyzed him to the depths of his soul.
“You know, I wouldn't normally have this conversation. You're a very curious human. In your position, others would have fled or be trembling with fear, but you seem somewhat calm in this situation.”
Akila narrowed her eyes with interest and curiosity, pausing to see what Denis's response would be.
"Well, maybe it's because this isn't the first time I've interacted with someone of your... kind. I'm sorry, but my parents are actually canines, Xolos to be precise. They adopted me when I was very young. I live in a small town in the middle of the desert, and at university and in the capital, I've met many anthros, so maybe I have seen many anthros, although... not one as big and magnificent as you, much less if you are the queen of them all..."
Akila's eyes widened with interest as she listened to Denis's story.
“Xolo parents? Oh, now that has caught my attention. I think your visit will have to be extended for quite some time. I need to know more about all that.”
Denis felt a warm feeling when he noticed the genuine interest of the enormous canine queen. Somehow, he hoped not to ruin the moment he was beginning to enjoy in her company.
“Of course! I can tell you everything you want to know. I hope I have an answer that will satisfy your curiosity about what life is like in Rodderlet... that is, if you don't eat me first.”
Denis said that last part in a playful tone, to which the queen responded with a soft laugh.
“I knew I had said it right. I promise not to eat you during our session, but I can't promise anything outside of working hours.”
She used a finger from her other hand to bring it closer to Denis's face, who shuddered a little backward before receiving the soft touch on the tip of his nose, “Boop.”
“I think I'll have to ask to sign a document to make sure of that,” Denis implied.
“You don't need to sign anything; the entry to inside me is free.”
Denis was about to reply, but decided it was inappropriate to give context to the double meaning implied by the phrase.
What didn't make it easy to continue was seeing a pink appendage in the Great Dane's huge mouth. Her tongue slowly traced her lips and large cheeks. The sound was wet, ending with her opening her lips slightly and exhaling a cloud of moist vapor onto Denis, who blushed at the sight and the unexpected playfulness. For a moment, his mind was conflicted between not knowing whether to follow her game, no longer distinguishing the diplomatic line between subject and queen.
On the other hand, being eaten by her turned out to be a thought that crossed the young human's mind. Looking at the dog's wide muzzle made him think about how it would feel to be inside that colossal body. He could imagine how wide her mouth could be; she could easily swallow more than 10 people and still have room.
“Oh Danekx! The queen is not supposed to behave like this with her subjects. My apologies. Is it the heat of the sun or your essence? For some reason, I feel I can't help but step out of my role with you.”
“I guest I'm glad to make you feel good. I think that's the least someone as small as me could hope to achieve in life.”
“Aww, how flattering. I like you. I think you'll be pleasant company during your stay, if you decide to stay longer.”
“I'd love to. You're a very nice person, and it would be a pleasure to stay in your palace.”
Akila murmured cheerfully, continuing to caress Denis's body with her fingers.
“I'm sure you'll like it, that is, before you end up in my stomach or someone else's.”
Denis turned his gaze to her with a raised eyebrow, tilting his head slightly to the other side.
“Just kidding, aaaw sorry, I can't help myself with you. Young humans like you are so easy to make blush.”
“You often make jokes about eating people with your other human subjects,” Denis replied, smiling inquiringly.
“Mm, I think it's just you, my dear one. I noticed how you were staring at my mouth a while ago, so I figured you had a thing for it.”
Denis was about to respond, but couldn't when a padded finger covered his face and then pushed him, forcing him to lie down on the soft pad of her palm.
“Shhhhh, there, there, don't say anything, I'll take care of it, sleep, my dear little boy, sleep.”
Unable to follow the conversation, Akila lowered Denis back down to her belly. The gentle movement combined with the soft texture of the pads on her hand and the scent of lavender caused Denis to fall into a dreamlike trance, where reality began to fade and fall into a haze. His eyes felt heavy, and high above him, the dog's breasts swayed and bounced gently with each footstep.
For a few seconds, he didn't know if this was real or if it was a dream, and he would wake up on the plane again. It couldn't be so real, but even so, he longed to wake up and capture more moments on his camera, perhaps with her present in some of them.

A beautiful piece, here! Always love to see scenes with Her Majesty, Queen Akila. She’s so playful, yet gentle and friendly to all citizens that she meets. (Well, the law abiding ones at least!) Also quite intriguing to hear how this is based on your own experience of flying for the first time. You never do forget your first time, do you?
