The character in this one did not click for 'bully' for me except as the most technical of definitions. Felt like... mmm.... a teasing older woman with experience that is going to use her knowledge and authority to 'play' a little bit. Nothing harmful and everyone enjoys, but she's very much into finding her prey and taking that bit of dominance she needs while getting them to *almost* willingly curl around her little finger. Not 100% sure my description is making sense, but there were lots of little clicks in this audio, for me, so it comes out a bit convoluted.
