Maybe think a little more about that. The DNA is shared between the person, that have sex together, here the same one. You said, there is a gene, that causes the mutations. What if the child (possibility 1:3) from this self-satisfaction get the mutation-gen twice? That could be another story to be told...

If she fertilizes herself and then another mutation occurs, how will the offspring be integrated? Similar to Hitomi, will something be preserved in the next mutations? Will the baby be separated?
