K, I hope you truly understand what these do for us. For a very brief personal summary: when I have to take meds, my panic attacks last hours and wipe me out for 3+ days of recovery; these audios on repeat for 30 mins will bring me out of 80% of them now, and I'll be tired for only a day or so. It's been absolutely amazing to see how much my quality of life has improved by having a "boyfriend" on "speed dial" for various emergencies. 💜
