Thanks for being so patient. As you may have seen from my twitter feed, I've been listening to police dispatch broadcasts and relaying information to assist in the peaceful protests in New Orleans. New Orleans has had 5 peaceful demonstrations so far, with the only instance of violence erupting from the police last night as they shot teargas into a crowd of 1500 people trapped on a bridge. It was...distressful for sure, watching and relaying information as all of that unfolded, but New Orleans is one of the strongest cities in the country. Tonight, they were back out the marching and protesting with over 2000 people. No escalation. No destruction. They proved that the only people causing violence are the cops themselves. And they'll be back out again the next night, and the night after. And I'll be helping them all the way and anyone else who needs it. All lives won't matter until black lives matter.
