Speaking from experience, it would probably be better for her to talk directly to Ollie and encourage HIM to come clean to April. In a real world scenario, pulling and end-around on him can result in him resenting her for betraying him, and April resenting her for bearing bad news. It could also backfire- what if Ollie denies it and April assumes Hannah is lying to break then up? Not that I think ANY of that would happen in the story, of course...

Yeah, Fuck Mina. But also Hannah admitting what she saw to April would be a good way to earn her trust and find out about the open relationship aspect. As well as give Hannah a potential in-route to joining it. But she doesn't know that, so she has to decide if she is loyal to Ollie, or telling a potential victim of cheating what's happening.

I don't know if I agree. Having a threesome with her bestfriend is a lot different then giving him permission to have sex one on one with one of Olivers best friends. One is someone April has known and trusted for years, the other she has known for much less, less built up trust. Also it being one on one is quite a big difference as well.

Other than the obvious "because it adds drama", I'm not sure why Hannah would assume that Ollie is cheating on April. She knows about Zara and that April is fine with sharing Ollie with her. It's not exactly a Sherlock-level deduction to figure out that he has April's permission to have sex with Margot. If reaching a false conclusion is dramatically necessary, I feel like a more likely one for her to reach is that Ollie has carte blanche to sleep around, and then she winds up throwing herself at him.
