Man, rough day. Today, we managed to lock ourselves out of our house (we got back in, don't worry), Leslie's iPad nearly broke, and our coffee shop had a blackout that knocked out internet for a bit. Not only that, but our internet company has delayed installation for at LEAST another two weeks, so MAYBE we'll have internet by Feb. 28. NOT ONLY THAT, but a German shepard-looking dog wandered into our yard while we were letting our little chihuahua Bruce out to use the bathroom. Bruce saw the other dog and chased it down our 1,000 ft. driveway, just fucking bolted out. We seriously thought we were going to lose him forever, either he wouldn't come back or he'd get mauled by big ass German shepard. Leslie ended up running down most of our gravel road in pajama pants and socks trying to catch him, with me right behind her. We only caught up because for some reason he stopped mid-chase to pee on a tree. He almost ran across a fucking field over to some other person's house far off. Honestly, typing this up again just reminded me that I'm still fucking mad at that dumbass dog. So now we gotta build a fence to prevent that ever happening again. I love this idiot dog so much.
