Let me tell you about my professional hell: I work at a big, old-school company that has never had a successful digital communication or marketing strategy. They hired me to change that, but every time I try to do my job, I piss off every Karen in the company who’s terrified of change. To make matters worse, my boss has the backbone of a snail, so I’m the only one standing up for myself. Last week alone, I spent a total of eight hours in meetings calling out bullshit while people critizing the changes I'm doing - and my boss just sat there silently, offering zero support.
