This was so lovely. The first 2 days of my period I feel so fragile & vulnerable & this audio was the perfect amount of comfort, empathy & babying. Waiting for the pain relief to kick in is the worst 😩 having someone’s body heat is actually the best to relax muscles & provide pressure. Loved the “press your bum up against me” & “here take my thumb”. I need to be babied a lot at the beginning & want all the closeness & comfort. I will also probably cry all over you. & then day 3 hits & I start to feel so much better & my hormones kick into overdrive 😏
