Man, I've been feeling great these last couple of weeks! I've been eating less, exercising more, got out and did some lawn work. Our yard is looking fresh and managed, like people actually live out in these woods! I'm down a whole 6 lbs since last month! I've also been taking cold showers lately and I just overall feel nicer? I dunno, like I have more energy and my skin feels nicer. Maybe my showers were just TOO hot before. But I think this is the year where I get in shape and start looking good (in my own eyes). I definitely have the drive starting out. Just gotta keep that momentum!
