Reading the comments have got me questioning myself. If I hear a bump in the night I check the cameras and then grab the knife and the heavy flashlight I keep by my bed and venture out into the darkness with my cat following behind😂

Yup same! I was yelled at for waking people up when I was scared/had a nightmare/if I couldn’t sleep. Was told I was selfish etc. which is why K’s responses are so healing, validating & safe ❤️

I hate when I hear a noise outside or when I just hear anything outside of my regular sounds it’s instant anxiety. It’s the hide under the blankets and wait for it to go away. I love all the comfort audios we’ve been getting lately!! Truthfully have helped me sleep so much and get me to sleep in record time for me so, thanks K for all you do and for all the audios!!!

I know this feeling too well. It’s so nice to know there are people out there who would be ok with being woken up, let alone going to check out any noises. I would feel so guilty waking someone up, but would be so relieved if they went to investigate. Thank you for these audios.
