The Steam Deck may be the greatest thing to exist. I fucking love this thing. Sure, it’s cool that I can play Devil May Cry V on the go and whatever, but I’ve mostly been playing around with emulation. Mostly setting them up and troubleshooting, as is the typical PC gaming experience, but once you get it working… oh man, is it beautiful. I’ve got at least 300 games across 10 different console on there, all hooked up to a single HDMI slot on my TV. I can play Parappa 2 in the car now, in the bathroom, in the dojo, in the rain or in the snow. Do you know how much I love Parappa? Parappa 2, specifically? I feel like nobody ever talks about Parappa 2, but it’s easily my favorite in the series. I’m obsessed with everything about that game – the amazing soundtrack, the weird story, the impeccable presentation, just the whole VIBE of it. The whole series is fun, but Parappa 2 is just such a level above for me. And now I can just bust it out anywhere. If you like Parappa 1 or Umjammer Lammy but missed out on 2, please like, find a longplay or something on youtube.
