Yeah, so the hand-me-down freezer didn't work out. Had to shuffle that thing out of the house and take it to the dump. But that's okay, because we goooot... a nice, simple, chest-high freezer! It was super cheap and it stores a WHOLE lot of frozen food. We've been wanting to eat at home more to save money, so this helps a LOT. When you live out in the woods where the nearest food is like 20 minutes away, it's hard to motivate yourself to constantly go out... Especially when the food choices are admittedly kinda limited here. We do miss the delicious foods of the city sometimes... But we'll just have to try to replicate those foods here at home! Key word is "try", anyways. At the very least, it means we can store more bread to make good sandwiches!
