Hi, I was feeling this way too recently. What worked for me was connecting with myself, helping me figure out how I should feel and how I actually felt in each situation. It also helped me a lot to stop doing what others expected of me and use that time for myself, my hobbies, things I'd never done before, and doing spontaneous things without having to plan them too much.
