We're BACK! Thanks again for your patience, everyone. Just needed a break after an extremely eventful week... which was then followed up by ANOTHER extremely eventful week, but for different reasons. Good reasons! Feeling very optimistic in a way I haven't felt in quite a long time. Good news like this just doesn't fall out of a coconut tree!
On top of just a busy news week and an incredible Evo weekend (god I want to go so bad next year), Leslie and I have also gotten really into sumo wrestling lately. We just happened to come across a twitch stream rebroadcasting live sumo tournaments with a bit of translating to provide context (MidnightSumo specifically), and before you know it, we have stayed up until 4:00 AM every night watching these tournaments. It's been great! Sumo wrestling is great! It's become a little hyperfixation for us. There's so much pageantry and ceremony for what ends up being roughly 5 seconds of a match, but boy, they can get INTENSE. If you've always been a little sumo-curious, give it a chance!

Welcome back! Good to see you both again! Also, while the King's question is definitely ominous, from a business standpoint it's a very valid one. They haven't done any shows in months and it seems like the band is failing badly. But I suspect it's because Steg and Suria make them feel important and cared about, regardless of the lack of financial success. Dakota, Clover and Coral get to be themselves around the band, and that means the most to them.
