Surprise delay! Sorry!!
🕑 Added 2025-05-23 04:41:38 +0000 UTCHey guys! Sorry to do this again so soon, but gonna have to skip Friday's update! We have a good reason, though; we had another house showing! We had to clean the house top to bottom after a full 40+ days of no-shows and then get the hell out of the house for other people to come look at it. We haven't gotten an offer yet, but the potential buyers gave us a 5/5 and have us at the top of their list! The realtor thinks we're going to get an offer soon, so here's hoping!
The realtor has also gotten a lot of questions and interest about the house, so we're expecting another showing this memorial day weekend! We'll try to get this next page done by Sunday! Wish us luck, and sorry again for the delay!
