Sorry we're a bit late on this one. We actually had to go back and completely redo the inks from scratch. We've been trying to hit this balance of thick brush strokes with a touch of softness, but it just didn't come out right for this page. So we went back and redid the whole thing with a slightly lighter brush compared to previous pages. And the result is what you see now! We're much happier with how this page came out. Though bit exhausting basically redrawing the same page twice in a couple days. Leslie is exhausted and my eyes are burnt from staring at pixels too long... Still real happy with it, though~

Not sure what you mean by softening a thick brush - we just switched to a slightly thinner brush. And yeah, Leslie uses ClipStudio!

I do hope the King is able to give him a good heart to heart. Also, as an amateur digital artist I never thought about softening thick brushes, what setting did you use to achieve this (also, what art software do you use, is it ClipStudio?)?

Also I never even considered it until this strip, but confident executive-style Liz is soooo hot. I would be very happy if that was a pinup theme one day. She could even feature in both pinups as "what if she was the boss:".
