Yeah this is probably my favourite or second favourite episode of the show. I kinda took that breakup scene as his ex wanting him to quit being a Hero so he could actually talk to his daughter. His ex recognised it probably wouldn’t be healthy to have two parents that are quiet and never speak all the time so she changed and wanted him to as well. I like the nuance to it despite me and I’m sure everyone sympathising with Ghostblade more.

Yeah, you’re right. Basically he attracted people because of his good looks and silent personality. FOMO (one of the big agencies specializing in social media) is where his admirers started posting.

I might be wrong on this but i thought the social media bit was about strangers taking photos of him and uploading them without his knowledge.

Some things you might have missed, Tony. Ghost Blade mentions having his lips forcefully sealed by his believers. People always viewed him as calm, cool, and silent. So like Firm Man and his inability to bend his knees, Ghost Blade lost his ability to speak. His wife mentions getting rid of things that were forcefully given and casting aside his hero persona. It is a bit if a double entendre.

Ghostblade is my 2nd favorite hero behind Lin Ling (almost a tie tbh). As someone with autism (been heavily implied that’s what GB has too) I relate so much to him. Some people were annoyed with his character not being able to express himself but since I go through the same stuff I found it interesting. Also, he’s super cool 😎 (got a Ghostblade keychain on my backpack right now lol. Got it at a TBHX pop up shop in Japan recently)
