I need more scoreboard in this episode LMAO they really moving fast, feels like 2 minute drill with this match only going to 15. Some good moments of backstories to shed some light on our opposition and their development. Tendo's face was priceless at the end tho, gotta respect that haha

The reason the point went to Shiratorizawa was because the ref noticed the ball touched Detlef's hand (which is quite obvious, because he's bleeding right now) if he didnt touch it, it would be Karasuno's point. The ball being out or not is irrelevant since it touched his hand. Idk what the hell happened behind the scenes because the character says a completely different thing in Japanese too, it's like the one charged doing the subs just assumed what happened in the scene and just decided to put: "the ball hit the line just a little bit" when he says something like (you can even hear him say block in Japanese 21:15): "it touched the block a little" Doesn't really matter for the plot, in both cases, the main point is that it seemed like it was Karasuno's point but it was Shiratorizawa's. Just for a complete different reason.

11:11 basically if I'm not wrong, normally when a couple gets married, the one that changes household changes their surname. And 95% of the time is the woman. And then the kids would adopt the surname too ofc. But in this case I think the husband is from a lesser family and it married into the mother's family so Ushijima adopted the mother's family name instead. That's why he's surprised his father's name (who's now divorced) is different to Ushijima.

“I’m starting to get into it” coming from the no nonsense guy who doesn’t play around, I’m not gonna lie that’s AURAAA. Also love how the two weirdos are the ones who get along the best. Tendo being talkative and not having that kind of apprehension or nervousness to talk to Ushiwaka (the best ace in Japan) actually allows Ushiwaka to come out his shell more. Them being really good friends where Tendo is able to joke with him is really refreshing to see since the only side we know of Ushiwaka is that he’s this big scary ace guy who can crush teams easily. But of course people are more multi-faceted than that so we get these other sides as well.
