I don't know if you remember, but this guy who can clone himself is Phobiaclone, the same guy sent by Shand De to attack the research team on the alien ship, it was hhim who killed Loli's father and put Ghost Blade's daughter into a coma

And yes we were doing something totally different in the last episode. We still had 1 more hero to cover so this was it. Also nice to see Phobiaclone getting wrecked

A few clarifications. All of this has been happening before ep. 1. The intention is to show how someone who seemingly has everything (Nice) is actually not as radiant as the world thinks. Makes you wonder how he acted around Moon. It’s been nice to see his deterioration over these past few eps. Also. The snap was X randomly doing his thing again nothing to do with changing time.
