Question - 1st POV or 3rd POV

Should I continue using first person view in our protagonist? Like 'I' 'Me' 'Myself'
Or should I switch to the more third person view? Like 'He' 'Them' 'Their' in the newest chapters?
First PoV is more of a self-insert kind of thing.
Anyway, which should style should I use?

probably first person. you could go into third person for like interludes or another characters perspective

First person since I'm used to reading that changing it halfway through the story is going to be a bit annoying to get used to
