yo I might be really late but my suggestion is either “gf screams ‘LETS GO’ for a minute straight after you tell her you won a competition” or “gf encourages you to keep trying after you feel burnt out and disappointed from losing…again”. this totally has nothing to do with an event revealing its results soon
