The transformations should be uneven and random each time. The body should inflate like the Hulk/She-hulk. It should be slow and painful…but a little faster over time as the body gets used to transforming. It never feels good…although if someone is attacking or antagonizing the transformee before they turn, there might be a little pleasure and solace at the fact they’re about to hurt their antagonist while going through their change.

Also: different were creatures should transform differently. Some are smoother and less arduous/painful than others.

The transformation process should be randomized each time, but the head should always be the last to transform.
