I felt season 2 had some good ideas and strong character moments, but things didn’t mesh well together. I don’t even think changing the setting from New York to LA was bad. I think dug the revamp of Whitney Frost and how they made her a good foil for Peggy, but felt like didn’t utilized her as well as they could. I’m not sure Council/Secret Empire story and Madam Masque story should have been forced into one season.
