All that is mostly true, I guess, but I still feel for Sam. She chose her friends poorly, at an age where that is very common, and paid for it. I don’t think she is simply running back to Aisha. She realized she was being terrible, and is trying to fix her relationship with her. Yes the one she damaged herself. But that’s high school.

No Johnny was just being a bully/a-hole. And I think the show bears that out. But you are right in the lessons he is trying to teach, and by the end here, I think he does manage to find a bit of balance. But he still has a ways to go.

I did not feel bad about Samantha being bullied. Even though she didn't bully her friend with the popular girls she didn't defend her or discourage them from picking on Aisha. We would only see her really talk to Aisha when the popular girls weren't around but as soon as she is no longer in the popular group she ran right back to Aisha.

Aaron didnt see Karate Kid 2 either and people make fun of Calvin not seeing stuff. I know Johnny is seeming like he is being a bully to his students but he is trying to teach them to have a thicker skin and the first guy who quit just has mind set of a beaten person. Karate isnt a nice cooking class. Many Karate teachers are ass holes. If anyone has taken Karate in school will know
