Season 1 was great but Season 2 stepped it up a lot. As a fan of the graphic novel, the huge number of easter eggs in season 2 improves it most for me. Can't believe I didnt make the link between congresswoman neuman and vic the veep until the very end

Season 1 was a great setup but lacked a clear plotline, imho. Season 2 is getting the vote, but wouldn't of got the vote if not for how good a setup Season 1 was.

Both seasons were great. It's the sign of a good story when each episode is better than the last till a rousing crescendo of a finale. I have no doubt that season 3 will be even better.

Season 2. World building is tough but season 1 accomplished that well enough. Season 2 really developed the characters more and it felt like there's more intrigue. This series is a satire on society and I think it achieved those elements very well this season.

My knee jerk reaction was to say season 1, but then I replayed all the moments that either made me gasp or laugh out loud...and I have to go with season 2. Also, I'm shocked that Eric didn't comment on the atrocious editing in the Girls Get it Done moment. I hope the fight choreography finally steps it up next season.

Season 2, because while season 1 was great, there was a bunch of predictable stuff in there, while season 2 had fewer predictable things.

Loved season 2. However season 1 had fewer plot holes. Better pacing and progression. It was tight. Season 2 also suffered a little from week to week release. Fresca and Supe power inconsistencies.

honestly season 2 because it was more crazier and we saw some members of the 7 in action like queen maeve who I felt was just there in season 1

The emotion and story between Becca, Billy, Homelander, and Ryan (especially during the last episode), had me in tears/overwhelmed. Although the first season was a brilliant setup for the show, I feel the second season brought more feels and led to an even greater/diverse story line for the third season. I will clearly say.. I liked season 2 BUT...(rant) 1) they shafted deep and A-train this season.. they barely got screen time... 2) all this crap and deep didn't get ANY character progression positive OR negatively.. 3) everyone hyped the FAQ out of enlightenment people and NOTHING happened.. 4) everyone pretty much got a happy ending... Like legit amazon could say season 2 was the last one and it wouldn't be THAT bad.. and 5) as much as stuff "happened" on screen...nothing really "happened" in the story... Everything was sloppy

Season two was a bit of a slow burn and got better over time especially the last episode which was amazing. Season one was amazing the whole way through. But I do love both the same.

This has pushed characters we knew further and added some great new characters.. season 3 has been fantastic!

Hard to say I think season 1 did somethings better then 2 but for overall enjoyment and set pieces I think 2 nailed it.

Season 2 took everything that was great from season 1 and it made it somehow even better. Plus, I am more attached to these characters now, so it hit different. I need season 3 ASAP!!!
