The TVA heavily reminds me of Time Buearu from legends also Loki isn't only a god of mischief in mythology he is also a fire god and he causes the death of Baldur Odin binds loki to a tree using his son's entrails similar to what Zeus did to Prometheus I just some fun mythology

I think it’s most likely a Loki who is female presenting since we now know they’re gender fluid. Why include that fact If you’re not going to show it. I think it’s actually the Loki we’re following from the future though who is now presenting female. They did take a time stone with them from the drawer and could be orchestrating their escape from the future.

There is no point in not revealing Loki looking evil if it is Loki. Actually, a pan to his face might have been a great and chilling cliffhanger. By hiding the identity of the attacker, they essentially hint that it is not Loki. There is something else at play here, something bigger or worse or different than what the TVA thinks.

I'm almost certain it's Loki but only because I don't know who else it could be. The real question is when did this Loki vary from the timeline? It would be interesting if this is a version that was raised by Laufey instead of Odin and we have our Loki get to confront a version of what his life could have looked like.

I think Calvin is probably right. That 2014 branched timeline that that Thanos escaped from was probably destroyed by one of the TVA’s time reset device/timebombs. Also, I hope the hooded figure is Lady Loki. I also hope we get a tease to Kang the Conqueror. Also, the Miss Minutes animation was hinting/possible foreshadowing of Secret Wars

I think it’s female Loki... in the trailer we saw a woman sitting alone on a desolate planet, that a lot of people thought was Natasha, but it wasn’t her it was probably female Loki... also the devil in the church that the boy saw was confirmed by the series director that it wasn’t meaning Mephisto, it was referring to Loki, it had horns, was wearing green, and the painting was of the devil being thrown out of heaven, like Loki being thrown out of Asgard

I think the Thanos that came to the future was a Variant. So the Sacred Timeline's Thanos still gets the Gautlet and gets killed by Thor. Since the actions of the Avengers in Endgame were an acceptable deviation to the Time Keepers and the Variant Thanos and his entire army met their speedy demise at the hands of the Avengers, rather than the TVA hunting Variant Thanos they allowed him to engage the Avengers since any timeline deviation could not continue long due to his short lifespan and the problem takes care of itself. The only wild card is there is now a Variant Gamora running around in 2024.

Setting people on fire is definitely not a lowkey way to murder someone. Does the TVA also explain why Cap didn't interfere after he went back for Peggy? Did he run into these guys too? Will this make people stop yelling about that? Will we see some reference to Cap's mission through time at least. (Conversly I'm pretty sure that was new footage of Chris Evans as Loki!Cap at the start, but possibly just an unused close up take... but what if they brought him back?)

I think it’s Loki and I think this will be a self fulfilling prophecy. The Loki at the end is a future version of current Loki who is killing the TVA for whatever reason. He might be stuck in a cycle

I think it's an alternate universe/timeline Loki. Maybe a Loki who learned all the secrets about the timeline and the TVA, which is why they was in the 1800's, possibly going back to fix the timeline. Or they're just going rogue, which is also very possible, because it's Loki. Or maybe both, I don't know.
