I feel like its going to be a play on the whole 'Barry was the lightning bolt that struck him' by him becoming one with the speed force.

Honestly I think both. They may have to use it on The Flash and Nora to defeat other Forces and Caitlin and Frost so that Frost doesn't go to jail just as Eric theorized. But I don't think it will be a permanent. I like Caitlin and Frost split, they can have their own lives now. I always wondered what would happen if Caitlin fell in love with one man and Frost in another man, now that problem won't come up.

I didn't even think of speedforce and Barry using the matrix and I think that could work. Then maybe that's how the fight the other Force's and maybe flash or some absorbs the other Force's and become all power. I don't know!! It's too hard

I want to know if Caitlin still has the ALS gene or whatever it is. Because that is why Frost was created in her to begin with. So if that is still a thing, it should definitely be Caitlin and Frost going back together. Unless the writers forgot?

I definitely hope by the end of the season, or maybe even the end of the show, that Barry and the Speed Force will link together to become the New Speed Force/NSF. It would be a really badass way to end the season or show.

Sooooo frosts fear was being turned in to the police by caitlin and at the end of the episode we see she's wanted by the police then in barrys biggest fear iris said you killed our children now obviously she could mean the possibility of them having kids but what if she is or will be pregnant and she said children not child tornado twins maybe it's a stretch but ya never know

Caitlin and frost wouldn't be interesting because the kinda already had that before with being in one body so I'll go with barry an speedforce

Voted Barry and Nora, but I also think it’s possible we might get all of these “forces” merging together with Barry somehow.

I could see it being used on Barry and the Speedforce Nora to create a situation similar to the comics where he generates more of the Speedforce the more he runs.

Forget it on a shelf. Speedforce and Barry can fuse by themselves and I want Frost to keep her body. I find it weird to call the speedforce Nora.
