I think she has to be good, I mean she’s literally the same speed force that has helped Barry all this time so why would she be bad now? Plus if she is bad then Barry would just be speedless...again...

Guessing she's good, but if she's bad I can already see how they beat her, because the trend this season on how they've defeated the villains is really similar to one of Naruto's ultimate techniques.

I think she might be evil bcz if you take it all in why would she be good and the rest evil and team up against her. She had to do something to them. If she’s not evil i think she’s hiding how she might have provoked them and turning them against her🤷‍♂️

Barry did let the speed-force 'die'. And now it's back. I cannot imagine the Speed Force being to happy about that or about being 'replaced'

I definitely think she is good at heart, but I feel like the situation that lead her to be here is more complicated than she is letting on, maybe she even had her own part to play as to why the different forces attacked her and how they are now free in the real world

I think she has good intent. However is hiding something from them and Berry seems to know there is something wrong. Which is why is looked troubled at the end of the episode.

I think she’s not giving us the whole truth. Yes, those other forces might be “evil” but perhaps they are all parts of the whole Speed Force and she doesn’t want to “rejoin” with her. We also saw the Death of the Speed Force. The ramifications of that might still be in play.

My theory is that this “nora”/speed force is actually the negative speed force and is actually thawn tricking barry yet again. Thawn knows barry’s biggest weakness is his mom so appearing as her would be the perfect way to instantly get on the inside. Plus Tom Cavanaugh is a series regular still so I expect to see him soon

From what we've seen it seem that Nora is right about the other forces being evil, but the way she was acting it definitely seem that she's hiding something. Maybe she's the aggressor and the other forces are the victims
