I feel like this decision was so big for him, it would feel kind of cheap if he just had it undone in the next episode.

It would be really interesting if they took the unexpected route and and not have him get his powers back. Either he wants to leave the show, or more likely he gets a new role in the team. So I'm voting "he will not" in hopes of this

Since cyborg isnt usually part of the doom patrol team in comics perhaps the show could have him not be cyborg anymore and take on more of a Niles caulder role

Only say he will because I'm just not sure were the character will go without his parts. However unlike the Doom Patrol I'm glad for him.

We have 3 powerless people in the doom patrol currently (if you count larry) so I figure everyone is going to get it back in the finale

Well to me it's kinda ify maybe he gets them back slowly and slowly upgrade then at the same time

yes he will get his parts back maybe more advance tech
Maybe not in the finale, but at some point I figure he'll add in some weapons again. But this show is pretty keen on punishing our "heroes" for everything they do, so I think he'll come to have regrets soon enough.
