about 3x25 and 3x26 i.e. the "bonus episodes" : they were produced for the 3rd season but initially set to be moved for the 4th season. When Fox cancelled Lucifer, they were broadcasted as bonus episodes. As to where they fit in the timeline of the main story : for 3x25, one of the showrunners said it could be set between 3x15 (where Ella mentions she's writing a book about "a forensics examiner who sees ghosts") and 3x16. In the same way, four episodes were produced for season 2 but were moved to season 3 : 3x3, 3x6, 3x7 and 3x11
