People who liked anime existed before naruto was even a thing . And theres a lot of people who watched anime weekly , including naruto. Im pretty sure more people watched it weekly than binged it

Which brings it down to 334 remaining episodes and 6.4 years roughly? Having watched Naruto weekly since it aired, I honestly think the series is better when watched at a faster pace. The pacing of certain arcs is brutal week to week.

I doubt that there are a lot of people who were watching naruto from episode one in live. When I started, there was already 100+ episodes, and I watched them all in one week

I think the first episode was a double-length when it aired, but then they were all half-hour. You're probably watching the Director's Cut which doubles up the episodes and adds a bit here and there and some updated animation. There was a long break between seasons 1 & 2 and the Director's Cut was released before Season 2 to serve as a refresher.

Just wondering how yall watched originally. I'm watching for the 1st time on hbo max. The 1st season is only 14 episodes long, the episodes are doubled up. So when watching the single episode reactions, most endings feel abrupt and out of place, from my perspective it feels like they're only watching half of the episode. Wondering how it was aired and how most people watched. Can't tell if I'm cheating watching doubles, or if BW is being cheated watching halves. Lol
