So think of it this way for knowing where the breach would be. She knows what direction the breach is coming from, they have schematics for the building and Dan has been there a lot so he knows the layout, and Chloe knows all this as well. So she gets to the southwest side of the building and chose the best place she knows of for the breach assuming they would choose the same.
