I think it’s Eclipso, but perhaps planning on using Icicle to scare them. Aside from that, just wanted to say how much I loved this episode and that all the kids need a hug.

icicle's parents or icicle via eclipso cause next ep is going to be the star family's turn to run the gambit and they all have ties to the icicles.

I hope this season will get to a teamup of the new group, the children of the villains and Grundy at minimum. I think Eclipso is a big threat wich could unite many of the characters and with the possible comeback of old JSA members i´m hyped. Truly loved the last episodes

What if it's Jordan's Ghost (ie. water has memory style) . More of the idea that Jordan is dead but the water he turned into retains its Emotions and spreads throughout the air around blue valley. The wind and cold follows people Jordan has strong feelings for. Barbara and Cameron: love, Mike: anger. the cold is forming ice because there are two people who he has strong emotions for in the same place.

I really thought it was Icicle, but now it could very well be eclipso also. Eclipso knows both Mike and Barbara's past so he could be screwing with them based on their connections to Jordan, one killed him and one had a close relationship with him. But also we had that strange windy sound effect near Cameron, and that was before Eclipso was released from the Diamond. DAMN I dont know this show does a great job at screwing with us.

I almost think Mike calling Barbara mom was also Eclipso. Lol He's everywhere! Until I see otherwise, I'll assume it's all Eclipso. Really hoping they won't bring last season's villains back from the dead. They were dealt with, let's move on.

I voted for icicle. I think eclipso’s effect on the environment is making it possible for icicle to reform his particles back together. Everything before being eclipso the writers are using a bait and switch

I want to say eclipso but with all of these icicle hints I feel like it might be him. Or it might be a misdirect and be eclipso just like what Yolanda is going through. We don’t know if it is really brainwave or not.
