I took it as more of an egg situation than a baby situation. But the whole puking up blue gunk, morning sickness analogue has won me over towards it being a baby. Also the Negative Spirit better have a good explanation for pumping and dumping Larry like that. Larry deserves a loyal husband >:(

It's a xenomorph type thing, the negative spirit isn't gone he is fighting off the infection! Thats why it's small, it's a zit for dead alien cell. That's what larry is puking out!
