Sally gets there first because she’s listed as his emergency contact and runs to him due to her anger issues with Natalie and the show. She’s threatened due to assassins then Barry wakes up and kills everyone including Moss and Albert looks the other way. Then Albert, Sally and Gene cover for him.
Never watched this show before but Albert sounds like the kind of guy that would get there first

I think the entire finale will just be Barry fumbling from one attacker to the next. Mother and son at the hospital, bikers on his way back to his apartment, Jim and then Albert as his final target
