It seems to be his first kill based on how he chooses to “save” his victims currently. If someone else was his first kill then his M.O. wouldn’t be the shooting them in the back

Side note for 1x7. Tapping out is not an applicable method of ending a wrestling match. I wrestled for 4 years and had to learn just how brutal thing have to be before the ref stops a match. Blatantly illegal moves, injury, or preventing serious injury are the only times matches have been stopped that wasn't a pinfall. Elbows are also pretty common to break too i saw 2 break in my time among other injuries.
