Ehhhhhhhhhhh I get you. I personally feel they do discuss in depth more often than not. However, it might have been happening a little more often lately. Though in their defense not every episode has enough substance to go into a 40 min discussion afterwards. Some do (HxH). They just need to watch shows that REALLY get them going.

that's every fan base lol. and honestly lots of episodes don't have much to talk about. i mean naruto can be 90 percent flash backs some times.and i dunno that reply was weirdly antagonistic and targeted. people that are passionate about any given thing will be the same. i have seen some pretty rabid star wars fans.

What do you expect when they have to react to shows that are targeted towards teenage boys? When they watch shows that are actually thought provoking they have much better engagement. You work with what you have. Lots of anime fans are real sensitive about their fav shows. You have to be delicate with them so they don't throw a temper tantrum then get sleepy and need a nap.

Yea I noticed that a long time ago. A big chunk of the time its just Eric trying to spur on the discussion and the other guys are just sitting and barely say shit. When they do actually discuss it is just pointless discussion and sometimes it has nothing to do with the show itself. Just come up with some random shit to talk about. Would be nice if they took this a little more seriously and tried to actually be more active and invested in reacting and discussing. I think they have gotten slightly careless about the reactions cause they have been getting money from patreon so they try to make it as simple and basic as possible. I know it isn't fully like what I just stated but that is what it feels like. Obviously everyone has off days and stuff. It just seems like it happens too much to be an off day.

To be fair they are one of the only large reaction channels that spend a decent amount of time after chatting about the episode. There are a decent number of small reaction channels that spend a fair bit of time chatting about whatever they watch.

To be fair, Blind wave is one of the only reaction channels that always tries to spend a significant amount of time discussing episodes afterwards. And apparently, the majority of viewers just watch the reaction portions of reaction videos before dipping.

Missed it in Japanese but watching Re:Zero in english with you guys it sounded like Subaru lost his "return by death" ability at the witches tea party. At least that's how it sounded when he made his bet with Roswal. Seems likely that was a larger reason why Echidna took away his right to challenge the sanctuary because he was no longer able to fulfill what she wanted him for even if she tried to trick him into it. Could be wrong there though.

One of the things I love about this anime is that Senku and Taiju are voiced by real life friends and roommates Aaron Dismuke and Ricco Fajardo who also voice Mirio and Suneater

She said that because she didn’t know if Senku had a plan or not. If she killed herself in front of him and he had a plan, not only would she die for nothing, but Senku’s conscience would still be fucked up because he didn’t save her. In the end Senku did have a plan so her decision was the correct one
