It was okay, I guess, but it didn't do it for me. Especially because I really wanted Red Death to be Bruce Wayne like in the comics. The Arrowverse Bruce Wayne actor has been completely shafted to only playing Hush as Bruce Wayne, posing for magazine covers, and playing Bruce in a hallucination Luke has. I so wanted him to actually do something, and Red Death was the perfect chance for that. Aside from that, I wasn't really vibing with the suit or voice. I got major Power Rangers villain vibes, which didn't really work. It also didn't really make sense for Red Death to have multiple powers, but... I don't know. Their origin is obviously extremely different than the comics version.

Red Death was rushed and her story was all tell no show. Also i wish she had been someone with a connection to team flash instead of ryan who had never even met the team before

I was just happy seeing Ryan again and finally seeing red death on screen, my goal is simply to enjoy seeing an era, I've spend years with, coming to an end

I know they did an evil Oliver Queen before but when they we're going to do Red Death, I really wanted it to be an evil speedster Oliver. That way it would feel more personal for Barry and Team Flash. Plus, we'd get more Stephen Amell.

tbh it didn’t Ryan did a really good job as red death but the entity red death wasn’t they mentioned in s5 how scary red death was comparing to other villains and remembering how all speedsters had a really scary introductions besides Godspeed makes me wish we’ve gotten more also I blame the directing and writers choices for not knowing when to use the suit and Ryan as red death 🤷🏻‍♂️

It was alright. I'm not the greatest fan of the behind-the-mask villain talk (besides Thawne and Zoom) but overall, while I do think a few things could've been better, it wasn't terrible to me. Just okay. I'm just really glad they didn't drag this out for the whole season so we can maybe get some better things for the final season of The Flash. In any case, I'm interested to see what comes next.

Red death was an arc I was interesting in the Chester & Allegra thing lol. Okay arc they need to keep the villains to central city not worldwide

I think this would have been better if Barry had been transported to her timeline at the start of the season and had to beat her to get back. We could have gotten cool alternate timeline stuff that way as well, and felt more connected to the story.

Hopefully the second half is actually good. Pretty obvious they didn’t originally intend on having red death or batwoman in this season.

I think seeing how this is the final season and they do need to spend time on other stuff as well, I think it's fine for what it was.

Would’ve preferred her as the villain for the whole season and then we need to team up with other Arrowverse heroes to beat her. I thought Javicia did a good job being over the top and it could have gone even further. Why not lean into the crazy for the final season.
