he is gonna have something to do with a second opponent, meaning if intergang is john henry from season 1, then the person behind the mayor is like clarks brother. (I miss clarks brother and that kind of huge dynamic.. do y´all tink we´ll get something similair again? Maybe with lex?

It sounds crazy, but it has something to do with Earth-X the we saw die had the same symbol on his chest that Earth-X Supergirl did. The ex-mayor is somehow in league with people from Earth-X.

There's always the possibility as Smallville has been involved in world ending threats for the past two seasons but not sure if it actually involves the mayor with intergang.

IDK about Intergang considering they seem to be based all the way in Metropolis but he definitely seems to be involved in some shady money laundering scheme.
