Either Omega had another donor apart from Jango and the two genepools were spliced or they simply toggled some X and Y chromosomes on/off from just the Jango genepool.

The 3D model is very similar to Omega. Maybe Emerie's genetics were used in creating her.

It may be far out, but what if she is connected to Jango, but not through cloning. What if she was somehow related to him or knew him before the clones. If she grew up with Jango it could explain why they have the same accent and why she feels connected to the clones.

Nah, just implanting a bit of human empathy in early Empire characters I figure. It's like with Tala in Obi-Wan: Joined up for the right reasons but came to find out that they're actually pretty shit.
