With how loyal he’s been to Vought and more specifically, Stan Edgar. I think it’s gotta be the same Noir. Him and Stan Edgar seemed rather friendly in that flashback and after what happened to him. I would assume he’d be too scared to go against him and Vought because it almost got him killed last time.

Dude went into a coma after Maeve force-fed him an Almond Joy. Now he's back and acting kinda weird. Not that he hasn't always been kinda weird.

It's definitely the OG Black Noir, he just recovered in between seasons

Its absolutely the same guy. I dont know where it was said that he died from Maeve ever. He probably just had a bad week in the hostpital and now is pissed. (as a side note, Starlight is throwing up so many death flags that she looks like a parade right now)

Same Black Noir, only because the idea that it's someone new with the same nut allergy is too convoluted

The flashback makes me think it will be the same person, but the comic version is a very different character which I'm hoping Stan Edgar switched in the comic version.
