Titania suing for copyright is pretty fun because She-Hulk was created for copyright purposes. The producer for The Incredible Hulk had just spun-off The Bionic Woman from The Six Million Dollar Man. Stan realized without any copyright they could spin-off a "Lady Hulk" and Marvel would have no recourse so they made She-Hulk.

It was actually confirmed that we have seen Johnny Blaze in season 4 of SHIELD even though he was not in human form at the time.
