If he doesn't escape in the next episode, the planning will at least be well along. At the same time , I don't think things will be going well on ferrix. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the empire cracks down on dissent on Ferrix, resulting in the possible deaths of Maarva, Bix, and/or Brasso. If Maarva dies, that could be what turns Andor to the rebellion.
