"Naruto Shippuden" is like "Star Trek: The Next Generation" in it's series progression. It was rough early in both series until the second officer became a great character in each series. Shippuden has the "Riker's Beard" factor.

Yea, that’s why after this arc is done I’ll probably stop being a patron for a few months till the whole walking to a bridge arc is over then be back. There’s not really much in the next arc that has me in a “omg I need to see the reaction NOW” type feeling. Not a slam on BW but the pacing for shippuden can be absolute dog shit and rather not relive it. Lol.

couple episodes of this arc and then the unfortunate tenchi bridge. and there is going to be probably 5 episodes max of good episodes and that's gonna be stretch. naruto is mostly gas after these are done but damn is this gonna be a rough start to shippuden. i'm not normally a 2 a week guy but i would be nice to do that to at least get through this arc. and while i know its not gonna happen it does make me a little sad.
