I cant for the life of me find the first episode to the live action avatar on netflix.... did it get taken down?

The original showrunners/creator of ATLA are working on new animated Avatar projects and I heard the first one is about Avatar Kyoshi, which I'm very hyped for. I think the new projects are supposed to be movies rather than new series. I heard that Kyoshi was probably the most hardcore avatar AND the longest lived. I think they said she lived to about 200 years old. 😲

Indeed. Perfect example: they largely wrote Don Krieg out, but that's okay because he wasn't critical to the overall plot. Meanwhile Zoro's duel with Mihawk *is* critical, they kept it in, and the way they enabled that duel, while different, made perfect sense. I just can’t wrap my head around some of the changes to the story and characters in Avatar LA.

Same. Like i feel like the special affects and stuff are all similar level (neither looks particularly amazing), but OPLA has better set design, better costume design and farrrrrrr better acting across the board. Also the choice of stuff they decided to remove and new stuff they decided to add (or change) in OPLA were much better than ATLA LA imo. OPLA was an 8/10 imo, Avatar LA was a 6/10. It wasn't horrible. But it wasn't good either.

I thought One Piece LA was exceptionally better than Avatar LA. Which is crazy cuz I thought the opposite would have been true before I watched either series.
