Luffy literally gives hope to anyone he encounters, he's the best

I think they refer to how Crunchyroll has both original and "remastered" versions of the first 3 sagas. The special version might have its dimensions modified but I never compared them, I just know people say it's stretched to look HD.

One piece transitions to 16:9 on ep 207

Love your reactionsπ€ What do you guys think about watching on the HD(16:9) version? It doesn't matter to us but it will be a better experience for you two.
Snowman9712
They will, once they finish AoT
Snowman9712
That's a spoiler

I wish you could watch more episodes per weeks.

I'm amazed at how well written and planned out the story is. Remember the giants? I saw those episode (70 to 76) like 10 years ago, and I was surprised in the present at how well it connects back to them. It shows how far ahead Oda plans his story.

We have our doctor, folks!! Now let's go save Alabasta!

Heads up. The next one piece opening (116) contains major spoilers.

I think everyone just hates Wapol so much that we prefer not to mention it.
Sankai
I forgot how young Chopper was - with 15 years old he's the youngest of the group. He's been living with her for 6 years, which means that he was 9 when Hiriluk blew himself up.. Also note: Vivi says that's it's okay since they have a doctor on the ship and Luffy asks "a doctor?" - which means that he didn't know that Chopper is a doctor and that their need for one was NOT a reason to invite him into the crew!

Yeah make sense and I totally agree with you. :)

Whoops! I had the pronunciation right in my head, I just misremembered how Iβd seen the romaji. π¬

No worries, and thanks ^_^ I'm watching along the Attack on Titan series currently, and I've been spoiled a couple of times already in the comments ...and it's through stuff some might not even consider spoilers. But their "hints" (if you can call them that) makes me connect the dots way earlier than I should have and ruins some reveals, so I'm just very against any references or mentions of things we've not seen yet.

woop, sorry it doesn't look like the reply function here marks what I'm replying to ...and I can't see what he originally message was either (if anything got changed). I'll reply with the bit I'm talking about in a separate comment and and delete it in 5 min.

Drum Island is so underrated πππ

Please do!

As Choppy would say: γγγ«γ€γ οΌοΌ It's tonakAi! (with an A) not naki :p
MotU_Shosha
He is not the only one. There are more crew members that were first calling Luffy 'strawhat' or something else and only start calling him by his name after joining officially.
MotU_Shosha
Such a nice detail that Chopper immediately got his poster in the intermission :)
DarnedStingray8
I only just now realized that Chopper's name is "Tony" because "tonakai" is Japanese for reindeer. "Tony! Tony Chopper!" Also, keep "tonakai" in your mind because it becomes important to a running gag before much longer. Edit: TonakAi, not tonaki.

I'm excited, next week you get to meet one of my favorite one piece characters!

So weird to hear Chopper not call Luffy by his name. Iβm so excited, things are going to heat up. Like getting punched by a flaming fist. To me this is when One Piece settles into what its story is today.

Stop spoiling
