"Why are these going by so fast?!" When the episode has hidden filler in it from the 5 minute recap to the expanded chase scene with the bear and the extra times Sanji gets "trapped" by Nami's beauty. Sometimes i really hate Toei for not following the half year plan they are now. Can not wait until Wednesday though. Having so much fun rewatching the show. From here until 517 I've never rewatched the show so its nice.

I like Moria, he is lazy which is lame but also kinda cool how he chills talking to luffy. If he had the drive of luffy, his power could be really super strong. He is tramutized at the end of the day which causes him to act weird.

I think I'm one of the few that likes Moriah as a character. I think Moriah is so interesting. A large part of what makes this arc so good for me is the facial expressions of Moriah and Brook. If you watch their expressions it can change the context of what is happening. If you go back and watch Brooks introduction with what you know now it changes a lot of things.

As Moria said Oars will forget everything from Luffys life at some point, it just takes time. But that does not answer the question why he can not swim. And I still think it is because he is a Zombie made with devil fruit power and it has nothing to do with Luffys devil fruit power.

Actually Luffy never learned to swim. The anime changed his line when he was a kid to say he's a great swimmer but the original manga made it clear he never did.

I think that Oars is unable to swim because he is alive because of a devil fruit power. It is very much possible that this has nothing to do with him having the shadow of a devil fruit user. All Zombies might be unable to swim, we just never saw them trying it. This is just what I think and I don't know if that question got answered in any SBS. We saw that Oars can't use Luffys power and we saw that the Zombies weakness is salt, because it has the power of the sea and the Zombies are made by a devil fruit. So for me it sounds logical that all Zombies can't swim.
