Just to be very clear here, the databooks are not written by Oda. According to Shonen Jump staff members. He has final say IF he reads them and wants to change something before publication but we don't know how closely he looks. They have also been proven wrong before, in later manga chapters. Absalom is the worst (also shares his name with someone from the Bible who is also terrible), but his sense of humor is similar to my own, I must say. His humor is the only thing about him that is palatable lol

I think most are from the data books. Oda usually puts extra stuff in there and adds SBS questions, I have all of them and I can confirm there’s lots of character stats there, even villains and side ones.

Great questions today! Really love the confirmation about anime censorship, since the anime aired on sunday morning (a golden time for kids show) it will reach a looot more audience compared to the manga (even though it's still popular), thus they probably think a censorship is necessary. I think there are some other censorship too but the one that changed a lot was this one
